For Tenants

Audit your own reconciliations. Keep the whole recovery.

Contingency auditors typically keep 25–35% of what they find, and they usually find it years after you paid it. A trained in-house team with the right tools keeps all of it and catches it in the year it happens.

Three questions most tenants can’t answer

Which reconciliations haven’t arrived?

A reconciliation that never arrives is a year nobody has checked.

When does each audit window close?

Miss the objection deadline and the statement stands as billed.

Is your CAM cap actually protecting you?

Cumulative, compounding, lesser-of: the cap in the lease and the cap on the statement are often different caps.

In-house audit setup · about 4 weeks · fixed price

We abstract the audit clauses from your leases, set up a review workflow for incoming reconciliations, give you the tools and a deadline calendar, and train the people who’ll run it. Then we leave.

Prefer we do it? We also audit on contingency: no recovery, no fee.

We never work both sides of the same lease. If we already act for the other side, we decline, without saying who.
